Our support team provides a wide range of services to meet the varying circumstances and needs within your authority.

We can provide onsite support on a short-term project basis to help you develop your use of
One and gain more from each module. We can also help with the writing of Crystal Reports or provide additional skilled resource to cover situations such as long-term staff absence or
employees leaving the department.

Professional Support Partnership

Our full-time Professional Support Partnership (PSP) is a unique service that provides you with
a One support team, so that you do not have to employ a full team within your authority. You
have access to a ‘one-stop shop’ of dedicated expertise that can focus on your requirements.
